Christopher Rousseau-Villella is a multi-faceted artist with a passion for the arts that was developed from a young age. He spent his childhood dividing his time between Florida and Wisconsin, where he was exposed to various forms of art and creativity. He studied art at Stout University in Wisconsin and has always had a desire to become a painter. However, he found that his perfectionist approach took too much time to make a living from selling paintings.
Recently, Christopher discovered the potential of AI technology to create works of art at a faster pace. He inputs sketches, styles he loves, and feeds the AI keywords, colors, artists, and time periods to create unique pieces. This has made the process of creating art more exciting and has given him a faster pace of creating that he is accustomed to.
The process of creating AI art is a collaboration between a real brain and an artificial one. Christopher uses specific direction using words only to a program, such as lenses, angles, camera choice, color theme, colors, styling, backgrounds, attitude, and overall look, to create the scenes, people and what they’re wearing. The AI then sends back suggestions, and Christopher tries different ways to describe what he’s after and change wording to get the AI to understand the mood. This process can be frustrating, as the AI is still learning, but it’s a process of trial and error until he gets closer to the style and look he wants. After that, it comes down to curation, where he picks the renders that go well together, and starts making it a series.
This website is a showcase of Christopher's works, which have been created with the help of AI technology. He welcomes visitors to his website and hopes that his pieces will be enjoyed. Creating these pieces has been a pleasure for him, and he looks forward to sharing them with the world.
